Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right. 

Here are MoreKreations we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt of the item. All refunds will be in the form of Store Credit (e-gift card.) To be Eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging in which you received it. Please have the receipt with proof of purchase so that we can quickly process your return/exchange.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method.) The amount of time in which your refund is processed will be dependent on your financial institution. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
